We ship to all addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Saturday). Orders placed on Sunday or on a public holiday will be processed the next available business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Oversized & Freight Items

Some of our larger products β€” including gazebos, pergolas, riding lawn mowers, and generators β€” must be shipped by freight carrier. These orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the carrier.

What to expect with freight delivery:

  • You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
  • The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
  • You must be present at the delivery address at the scheduled time.
  • Delivery is to your curb or driveway β€” not inside your home or garage.
  • Inspect the packaging before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt and take photos. Signing without noting damage may affect your ability to file a damage claim.

If your freight order arrives damaged, email us at Contact@lansaro.com with your order number and photos. Do not assemble the product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

We do not support multiple shipping addresses within a single order. To ship to multiple destinations, please place separate orders.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available.
  • P.O. Box delivery is not available for freight orders. A physical street address is required.

Order Status & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.

If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date, please email us at Contact@lansaro.com with your name and order number.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 90 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective items. No restocking fees. We provide a prepaid return label on all approved returns.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us with your order number and a photo. We will resolve it at no cost to you.
