Return Eligibility

You can return an item within 90 days from the delivery date. To qualify:

  • We accept returns of both defective and non-defective products
  • Items must be new or in like-new condition

How to Request a Return

  • Wait for Instructions: We will review your request and provide return instructions. Please do not ship items back without approval.
  • Return the Item: Once approved, ship the item using a trackable and insured method. A valid tracking number is required.
  • Return Method: By mail to our warehouse or at an approved drop-off location.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We cover all return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.
  • Change-of-mind returns: We provide a prepaid return label on all approved returns.
  • All approved returns are eligible for a full refund with no restocking fees.

Refund Process

  • Returns are inspected within 72 hours after arrival
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are included in the refund

Wrong or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with photos
  • No need to return the item in some cases — we may issue a replacement or full refund
