When will I receive my items?
Orders are processed within 1 business day (Mon–Sat). Small and medium-sized items typically arrive within 1–3 business days after processing. Large items such as gazebos, pergolas, riding mowers, and generators are shipped by freight and typically arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location. You can track your order using the tracking information sent to your email after your order ships. If your order has not arrived within 7 days, please contact us at Contact@lansaro.com.
Where is my order?
You can track your order by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Alternatively, you can enter your order number in the Order Status section on our website. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders with no minimum purchase required.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
What is the order cut-off time?
Orders placed before 11:00 PM CST (UTC−6) on business days (Mon–Sat) are processed the same day.
Do large items like pergolas and gazebos require freight shipping?
Yes. Oversized items — like gazebos, pergolas, riding mowers, and generators — are shipped by freight carrier. These orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment before arrival.
Can I ship to multiple addresses in one order?
We do not support multiple shipping addresses in a single order. For multiple destinations, please place separate orders.

Payments & Orders
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. All transactions are fully secured and encrypted.
Do you offer financing or payment plans?
We do not currently offer financing or payment plans. All orders must be paid in full at checkout.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order before it ships. Please contact us as soon as possible at Contact@lansaro.com or +1 (316) 288-2645. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled but may be returned under our 90-day return policy.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Please contact us immediately at Contact@lansaro.com or +1 (316) 288-2645 and we will do our best to accommodate changes before the order ships.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Our website uses industry-standard SSL encryption and PCI-DSS-compliant payment processors. We never store your full card details on our servers.
I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I change it?
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at Contact@lansaro.com or +1 (316) 288-2645. If your order has not shipped yet, we can update the address. Otherwise, we will need to wait until the item is returned before resending it.
What happens if my order is returned to sender?
If your package is marked as "undeliverable" and returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery or issue a full refund.

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?

Who pays for return shipping?
  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items — we cover all return shipping costs and provide a free prepaid return label.
  • For change-of-mind returns — we provide a free prepaid return label on all approved returns.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will receive a full refund with no restocking fees within 7 business days.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return (within 72 hours of arrival), your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will receive a full refund including any original shipping fees. We never charge restocking fees.
How do I exchange an item?

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Email us at Contact@lansaro.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. You do not need to return the item — we will send a replacement at no charge. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund or provide an alternative of your choice.
What if I received the wrong product or a defective item?
Please email us at Contact@lansaro.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will cover all costs to send you the correct item and provide a return label if needed.

Do you offer assembly services?

Are your mowers and generators ready to use out of the box?
Most walk-behind mowers and portable generators require minimal setup. Please follow the included manufacturer instructions carefully before first use, including checking oil levels and fuel requirements. If you have questions, contact us at Contact@lansaro.com.

Warranty
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. All products sold on lansaro.com are covered under the original manufacturer's warranty. Warranty periods and coverage vary by brand and product. For more information, visit our Warranty & Replacement page.
What does the warranty cover?
Depending on the manufacturer, warranties typically cover defects in materials or workmanship, defective parts, and mechanical or electrical failures under normal residential use. Warranties do not cover misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
How do I make a warranty claim?

Do you sell replacement parts?
We do not sell replacement parts directly. However, if your product is under warranty, the manufacturer may ship replacement parts directly to you. Contact us at Contact@lansaro.com and we will help coordinate this for you.

I keep getting an error message. What should I do?
Take a screenshot of the error and email it to Contact@lansaro.com. Our team will investigate and resolve it as quickly as possible.
