At Lansaro, we understand that plans can change. This page explains how to cancel an order and what options are available depending on your order status.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Yes. You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped.

Once your cancellation request is received and confirmed, we will stop processing your order and issue a full refund at no cost.

How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible:

Orders Already Shipped

If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, you may return the item within 90 days of delivery.

  • We provide a prepaid return label on approved returns
  • No restocking fees
  • Full refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection

Ordered the Wrong Item?

If you placed an order by mistake, contact us immediately. If the order has not yet shipped, we can cancel it and help you place the correct order.

If the order has already shipped, our return policy will apply.

Cancellations by Lansaro

In rare cases, we may need to cancel an order due to:

  • Item being out of stock or unavailable
  • Payment verification issues
  • Invalid or unverifiable shipping address
  • Pricing or listing errors

If this occurs, you will be notified promptly and a full refund will be issued.

Refund After Cancellation

Once your cancellation is confirmed:

Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
