Some products sold by Lansaro — such as generators, riding lawn mowers, gazebos, and pergolas — are large and heavy and require freight shipping instead of standard parcel delivery.
This page explains how freight shipping works and what to expect when ordering oversized items.
What Is Freight Shipping?
Freight shipping is used for large or heavy items that cannot be delivered through standard carriers like UPS or FedEx. These items are transported by specialized freight carriers using trucks to ensure safe delivery.
Which Products Require Freight Shipping?
The following product types typically require freight delivery:
- Gazebos and pergolas
- Riding lawn mowers and zero-turn mowers
- Portable and standby generators
- Swing sets and playsets
- Other large outdoor equipment or structures

Is Freight Shipping Free?
Yes. We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders, including freight deliveries. There are no hidden fees or additional charges.
Delivery Time
Freight orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after processing.
Order processing takes 1 business day (Mon–Sat).
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the freight carrier.
How Freight Delivery Works
- You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships
- The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment
- You must be present at the delivery address
- Delivery is made to your curb or driveway (not inside your home)
- You must inspect the package before signing
Important Delivery Instructions
Before signing for your delivery:
- Inspect the packaging for visible damage
- Note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing
- Take clear photos of any damage
Important: Signing without noting damage may affect your ability to file a claim.
Damaged Freight Orders
If your order arrives damaged:

- Include your order number and photos
- Do not assemble the product
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you in accordance with our Return Policy.
Tracking Your Freight Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Missed Deliveries
Freight deliveries require someone to be present. If you miss your scheduled delivery, the carrier may charge a redelivery fee.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.
International Shipping
We currently ship freight orders within the United States only. International freight shipping is not available.
